| Car Description:
This is a
1967 fastback (Vin:

that has been in storage since 1975. The mileage was 55,261 in
June of 1975 and after 28 years the mileage is only 55,323.
The car has been owned by Mr. Fredricks since 1989 and it only
had 55,280 when he bought the car. Mr. Fredricks has restored
the car to its present condition. He has worked for Ford Motor
Company for over 30 years. Mr fredricks restores consoles for
the mustangs. And he has done a beautiful job on this one.
The motor has been rebuilt and has less than a mile on it.
After 28 years of setting the rings were stuck. So he had the
engine rebuilt. The transmission shifts fine and there are on
leaks. I have rebuilt the rear end. The carrier bearings were
making noise.
The interior has been restored with new carpet , seat covers,
headliner, weather stripping. It has the original dash
and it is perfect. An original wood grain steering wheel was
added. From the factory the options were candy apple red
with parchment with black appointments. Automatic
transmission, 3:00 non locking rear axle, 6.95 x 14” white
wall tires. And the very rare deluxe rear lower back tail
light grille panel. It also so has the am radio, It has the
exterior décor group. Tinted glass and the deluxe seat belts.
The brakes were completely rebuilt, all new shoes and wheel
cylinders. The tires are new and it does have the original
wire hub caps. The car drives like new, very smooth with no
rattles.
The floor pans are all original with the factory red primer
still there. There has been no panels replace on this car. If
you are looking for a low mileage car with all of the original
body panels in tacked this would be the car.
